From once upon a time to real life
From Fairy Tales to Reality
As a little girl, I grew up reading fairy tales. I believed in princesses, magical castles, and the idea that true love would solve everything. I thought that one day, someone would come and make my life perfect—just like in the stories. Those fairy tales made love seem simple, beautiful, and always happy.
But as I grew older, I began to understand that real life is very different from fairy tales. Love is not just about waiting for someone to rescue you or bring you happiness. It is about working together, facing challenges, and growing as a person. In real life, love takes time, trust, and understanding.
I realized that not every story has a perfect ending, and that’s okay. In reality, people make mistakes.. But every experience teaches you something important about yourself and what love really means.
In fairy tales, the princess is often saved. In real life, I learned to save myself. I learned to be strong, to speak up for what I need, and to love myself first. I no longer wait for someone to make me happy. I find happiness in my own heart, my dreams, and the people who truly care for me.
Today, I still believe in love—but not the perfect kind from fairy tales. I believe in honest love, kind love, and real love. A love that respects, supports, and grows. A love that doesn’t always look magical, but feels safe and true.
From fairy tales to reality, I have learned that the best story is the one I write for myself—with courage, with truth, and with love.
